Lake View Tower

Occupying one of the most popular and inhabited areas of Dubai, the Lake View building sits on a very prominent site next to the water canal in the Business Bay area of Dubai.
With its exposed structural elements and the utilization of the steel frame structure in its design, the conceptual approach behind the Lake View Tower follows an industrial Theme.
Furthermore, the steel frame structure proved to be resourceful in providing an efficient layout without having to sacrifice any of the spatial qualities throughout the building’s apartments and amenities.

In order to highlight the industrial theme and celebrate its components, a subtle contrast of blue and orange were introduced to the building’s balconies, making it a very unique and distinctive design. Due to the building being located on the canal of the business bay area, a great advantage of using the water as a reflective surface presented itself. Therefore, the contrast between the blue, orange and cool gray, combined with the lighting fixtures and the lush landscaping that were carefully placed around the project, create a surreal ambiance.
The tower stands at a height of 85 m. It is comprised of a ground floor, three podium level and the rest of the tower is dedicated to house spacious apartments with spectacular views.
